Mummers going around that there's been a bit of a row & fall out (toys thrown out of the pram and handbags swinging) in the City changing rooms with Kompany at the centre of attention. Nice, the captain. Apparently Fernandinho said something not nice to Kompany wah wah wah about him not being in form waaaah. Kompany didn't like that so stomped his feet.

Good, goooooood. Right before our CL game :tito:

Telegraph link with story, though as always take British media with a pinch of salt

On my travels I found this info in relation to our up coming Clasico... intriguing... :tito:

Booale & Ronaldo's crying again out of frustration but is that a dangerous thing... naaaaaaaaaaah! If the pressure is getting to him, well, you've seen his "famous" on the pitch tantrums :D

You know the ''Booale'' link. I read that, and you know what annoyed me? How the 2 options in the poll at the bottom of the page are:

''Yes - He's under appreciated in Spain.''
''No - Tough it out.''

I don't like the malevolence in that first option. Almost like the British press saying our fans of La Liga can't appreciate him because he's so amazing, when he's as one dimensional as they come.

Pretty nervous for this game tho. Watching CL this week shows me that never stop believening. But hopefully we are better than RM and :mou:

We need to be careful, all premier league teams could exit CL...not suggesting anything but we need to watch out.

Most definitely, fantastic result last night, glad Chelsea are out. Missed a lot of it unfortunately but saw from about 70min mark then to the penalty. Dirty b*'s Chelsea as usual. Always looking for the penalty. Costa is Chelsea personified. That Ibra red card was never red. Costa was lucky to be on the pitch. To be fair chances on both sides but still can't believe Cavani f'd up that open goal

So glad Luiz got a goal against his old club after being boo'ed and Silva was able to rectify his mistake of giving the penalty away.

But yeah, take nothing for granted now one of the biggest threats has been knocked out. As of late Chelsea have looked in poor form, let's hope RM's poor form also continues. Still gutted Schalke didn't get that one goal.

Indeed British media is just... fubar.

Schalke won 4-2, benzemas goal was offside. Not unexpected that real needed the refs help.

Cavanis "open goal" was actually a not an easy "open goal". He is a bit unbalanced, Chelsea players are approaching, and is it Even his best foot? Many good players could have missed that one.

We can't take this game lightly and underestimate City. They perform best when nothing is expected of them.

Hopefully the players are aware after this week of matches they need to be fully committed.

I'll have to double check on that Benzema one, I heard of some offside thing and there seems to be a mixed opinion on some decision that was on/off side so I don't know if that was Benzema's one or not.

Didn't say it was an easy open goal but it's an open goal none the less. He actually took it too heavy of a touch past Courtois but an open goal is an opportunity, and those Chelsea defenders would never have caught it going in. It went past them across the whole goal

Definitely agree. City have that same situation where by they are going out and must score at least 2 goals to get back in the game. They have been put down so much in the PL & CL with pretty much everyone writing them off. With that they surely must be thinking they have everything to prove to everyone just so they can have the last laugh as it were.

Really hope our guys focus one game at a time. If they slip up at Eibar because they're focused on City then massively fk up against City because their focused on RM then lose to RM because they're dwelling on a loss or both... ha! As if... bang the drums.
