Guys, the only way I see Bayern to cause us trouble next week is pulling an Atletico style of pressing within the first couple of minutes (like I actually wrote before this game). As we are not keen to have possession all the time any more, I don't see much trouble, as our quick passes will cause trouble for them. A goal breaks their neck, so they have to be very careful not to concede. Pep has a very difficult job...!

They changed the rule to avoid the situation of players missing the final due to yellows. Happened too often to star players I guess.
The only way to miss the final is a red card.

If this three yellow card is true , please provide me with a decent source , cause I'm trying to prove it to someone ...

I remember in the first few minutes of the second half when bayern started dominating i said a little prayer along the lines of, "i know it's football but we have been through a defeat to bayern in the past, but this time we have played so well and have come so far as a team, losing against bayern woukd hurt a lot because we have all it takes to win but somehow it isnt happening. Lord my God please do something"
And the rest was history
Probably the best match i have ever watched, we worked so hard and outplayed them in the first half but couldnt convert our chances and then just when it seemed that they have began to overcome us, the deadlock is broken in our favor

We could also learn a few life lessons, sometimes you work hard, do everything right but it just doesnt workout,
But if you dont give up and just stay there n cling to what you believe in, holding your head up high the right result will come when it matters the most and you will sure have it big with plenty of moments to remember

I guess i will have to use this in my medical school as well because i am really struggling there

God balanced the scales, he granted victory to the team that deserved it most

One major point about this match that isn't getting as much attention is our clean sheet. I think it's the clean sheet even more than the three goals that makes this lead insurmountable. If we score even one at AA they need 5. That's gonna need a hell of a miracle. Fantastic defending from our players. The only solid chance I recall was the muller-lewa chance. The fact that their window for an away goal has ended and any goal we score from here on is twice as valuable gives us the psychological edge. Anything can happen in football of course but It's just too high a mountain to climb.

Our defense has been rock solid since the early season defeats to PSG and Real Madrid. Rock freakin solid!

That was their one and only (albeit very good) chance of way, shape or form.

Do you think messi has settled this thing or will Bayern punish us like last time? 0-4. I do know certain factors differ though. Bartra, pedro, xavi, song, sanchez, injured messi played in 2013. Bayern have injuriees now, but we shouldnt be arrogant. Allianz is a mighty arena and Bayern is world class. We need to be focused.
