Id play bravo in all the key games regardless of competition and look to build MAtS confidence up in other games

Build confidence from warming the bench? Might as well loan him and sign some 30+ experienced GK like Caballero in January as Bravo's backup.

Bravo's luck is just beyond belief. First season MaTS gets injured and he wins the League spot without contention. 2nd season he gets injured during our toughest away schedule in recent history and this all is without even mentioning how many times players have missed clear chances or hit the post when he is in goal. MaTS right now is so unlucky that a shot on the side netting would find a hole big enough to get into the goal.

What's the problem? The fact is Bravo is the better keeper and we concede less goals with him. So for now he should get the majority of starts.

Ter Stegen has many aspects to improve on, we can give him cup matches and the odd league game while he builds up his skills.

Are you saying that bravo's consistent performances are all luck and that ter Stegen is a better keeper?

How do you think Mats will improve with giving him cup matches and odd league games. This isnt some rpg game , where he will improve each time he plays one game in 3 weeks. We either loan him out or give him consistent playtime.

Loan him out then. That way Bravo can play champions league too.

We would have to rely on Masip in an emergency though...

It's like what happened at chelsea. Bravo is like Cech, experienced solid keeper and you know he will play well. Ter Stegen is like young Courtois. Raw but has more talent, needs to be developed.

That's exactly what we should do.

Bravo is better than him so we should be playing Bravo in virtually all of our games, and we can sign a back up keeper to avoid using Masip should he get injured again.

Somehow our money should be directed in enforcing other positions....

We have 2 great GK, one as solid as can be, one talented and promising. No loans, no money on additional goalies. Last season everyone could unanimously say that GK is a position we're all set. Now, after a shaky start (I mean the whole team, not MATS), it's panic mode. It's been just a few rounds, relax.

And so we should play him over bravo when his form has been poor? What in saying is rotate and build his confidence up from having a few good games in less pressured games but right now, in a knockout CL game or el clasico, would you pick him ahead of bravo?
