What preseason? It's decisive only for players who are new to the club. Bravo has already established his roots by being magnificient and goat level this season. He has the performances, experience and confidence of his teammates, who seem to clearly prefer him. tS is an unknown hyped quantity who flatters to deceive. The sooner you all realize, the lesser you will be disappointed.

You gotta play the kid too sometimes in La Liga especially when Bravo underperforms for the second match in a row. Give him he chances all youngsters need. Why not playing him against Levante the next round?

If we benched players who underperformed 2 games in a row then Messi would be our only starter. If Bravo turns into Pinto over night then we'll bench him,until then he is deservedly number 1. MAtS is getting games in the cups. Lucho is doing a great job with these too.

Also he hardly underperformed against Villarrael, he wasn't that bad at all.

Bravo is better shot stopper than mats so far this season. He is doing good this season, don't understand the hate for him. If you like mats it is fine but just open your damn eyes and see who deserves starter position more. Bravo has experience on his side too, which counts a lot right now.

This is all about whether Bravo should start next season though. Bravo should remain starter for this season in the league, and then we can assess our options for next season in the summer.

We could loan MATS to a top club so he could get some playing time at a high level(a la courtois). It seems the best way to get the most out of both.

Why should he? Bravo will be this season's zamora and LFP recepient. It's natural he's rewarded and continues next season, and up until he ceases being Liga's best keeper which is may be 4-5 years more.
But no worries, Sevilla and Sociedad will soon be in the market for a Keeper. We can send over our lesser talented albeit younger and everyone's fav tS. Problem solved IMHO.

True would be great but it depends on Masip and whether he can cut it as our number 2.

I'd be fairly confident that Bravo will be put to the bench if it ever looks like MAtS is seeking other options. Not only is MAtS the future but he's also more marketable, i.e. he's more valuable to the club. Bravo vs the German Neuer prodigy superstar etc. There is only one outcome in this scenario.

Tbf, I was really skeptical in the start onf the season, but having 2 great gk has been great. It's making them perform better, as they can't slip up.
