Claudio Bravo

If anything the two are neck and neck, but as I said before, ter Stegen is a solid decade younger, which is something that should not be overlooked.

So far playing one keeper in cup competitions has not hurt us in any way.

It's true, I think the gamble has paid off. I think next season it would be a big mistake to bench TS, who can only keep improving, in favour of Bravo, who's on the way towards the end of his career.

How can you blame the Manchester City goal on him? Silva backheeling it to Aguero who is allowed to go one on one with the keeper at close range means it's somehow clearly his fault? There is no way that goal was on him in any way and I will argue that with you to the death.

I was talking about his crazy stunt where he lost the ball to aguero not the goal.

Better than I expected.

Not very clear. Looks to me like it zipped past his right foot. I think CHL fielded a B side.

Here is his celebration of Suarez' goal. Just found it funny after his comments about animated celebrations, obviously directed at his younger competitor. He has earned all the praise this season, but I just can't like his on-mic personality.

That could have easily been a red card. So relieved that he got the touch on the ball (luckily imo). Bravo is in good form right now and his key saves against real and celta kept us in title race. Having 2 good goalkeepers is a good thing until it backfires obviously.

The classic made it pretty obvious that Bravo is #1 this year and the next. MATS should know he's the future and if he stays motivated to improve himself at Barca, he's looking at a 10 year career, easily.

Regarding yesterday's performance and that tackle, it seems to me that Bravo prefers these CB like tackles, instead of the keeper hands first tackle, maybe for it's own protection, but looks kinda slower, it covers less ground and can easily backfire, because it's more blunt and aggressive.

Last night was 50%-50%, when i saw it live looked like a definite penalty so pretty fortunate that it wasn't called. The slow-mo confirmed ball contact, so good job for that. Good game overall.

He is doing well. One fun fact I came accross yesterday was that he had never lost a game against Celta Vigo.

Until he arrived at FC Barcelona :mou:
