Seems weird to focus only on Chile' s strength in limiting the opposition's ability to play out from the back without mentioning that they too have those same issues when pressed in midfield and defense . Argentina already exposed it in beating them in the first game and mighty Panama had some good chances from Chile coughing up the ball. How is last year in a tournament with all the advantages that come as the host nation more of a guide of what will happen than the game from 2 weeks ago?

Chi Chi Chi Le Le Le! Wow that should shut up Mexicans for a few years. All my Mexi friends talk a big game as if their team is elite. Sometimes true but that is a true blowout by Chile.

Messi, nin shots, 4 goals. Be catch up with Batistuta (legend) and hopefully against USA he'll become no1 Argentinian goalscorer.
Argentina must win this one. So manny finals in last few years. It is a must have.

Many fans seem to highly underestimate US. They are a very physical team (EPL style) and I don't think it will be as easy for Argentina as many people think.

They will surely park a double decker bus. US would be stupid to attack against the Argies.

Been following the tourney via highlights only. Might watch the final if ARG can make it.

I agree with the gen. sentiments about Gaitan. The first time I watched him for the NT was two years ago in a friendly (VS HK I think it was), and he was always looking to find his teammates, and even unselfishly assisted the forwards. And the fact that he hasn't changed corroborates my initial impression of him. Whilst I'd have liked to see him feature in the semi, not only is he suspended but appears he's also injured. It will be one of Lavezzi/Lamela taking his place and Di Maria making the bench as far the latest. So, expecting selfish tendencies to impede ARG's attacking game.

Also, ARG to play in the dark blue shirt in the semi.
