Some of the journalists that are seemingly among the voters(at least the British and Irish ones) are reporting this story so I would assume his chances are as good as gone, or taken a big hit considering how influential the British press in general is with these sort of things.

The Spain voter is AS' Editor/Director Alfredo Relaño if I'm not wrong and he's going to vote for Modric anyway.

I agree Ronaldo is innocent until proven guilty.

Some of his fans went as far as attacking Ms.Mayorga for "sexually harassing Ronaldo" citing the video showing the two dancing together in the night club. That is just ridiculous. She might have come onto Ronaldo at one point, even if she had sex in mind when she agreed to go to that penthouse Ronaldo occupied, the fact (if proven true) that she said no (and multiple times) before and during sex indicates it was against her will.
