Looking at the years from 2005-2007 he looked gifted as fuck but over the years he focused only on scoring and lost the other abilities. People who dont have watched him in his early United years often think he is only a training product.

He was a far better player from 2007 onwards even if was less of a winger.

Yes he was a circus clown in 2005-2006 who just dribble without an aim but in this time he was able to dribble half of the oppenent team. He lost the ability to dribble over the years.

Exactly. Some of the same posters that praise Cronaldo or find excuses for him tonight in the quarters, against a 7th placed Ligue 1 team that hasn't played an official match in half a year, are the same that found Messi at fault for not getting past Liverpool last year in the semi finals.
