Nonsense.

Real tried him at CF a number of times and it didnt work.

He is/was a wide player with freedom to get in box off the ball. No one is under any illusions about who he is or ho he plays by now and it has zero to do with 'selling shirts'.

I am always delighted to read your self-absorbed and patronizing opinions in here. It's good to know that there are people who exactly know what everybody thinks. There are many ways to interpret a CF role as also aforementioned Benzema has shown.

Ronaldo is not a CF and never has been.

You are just looking for weak angles to try and dismiss him as a player and speak inane shite about selling shirts and trying to 'trick' folk into thinking he is a dribbling type wide player.

Have it your way. I definitely think he is drawing more attention and has a better shot at personal awards when he is fielded as a winger because of his romanticized United days when he still managed to beat his man. I would also say that that's the reason why he is still taking free kicks. I have seen him so many times playing a back pass on the wing and than position himself in the box to receive the cross. If that's some kind of a winger for you... ok. What's interesting to me is how harshly you came to the rescue. Makes me think that you are kinda biased on this topic. Don't you think some of his fanboys are deluded about his technical abilities?

He does, but that does not make him a CF.
You can argue he is more of a second striker than a wide attacker, fair enough, but he just doesnt work very well alone on top, never did.

Who gives a fuck? If Ilaix had scored in the last second to secure a point, he could have scored five today for all I care.
And add to that that Messi was invisible for 90 minutes. Not the right moment to laugh about Cristiano or anyone basically.

Cristiano is usually more invisible than Messi was yesterday. But I agree, even a leg break on the rapist wouldnt make today any better after yesterdays loss.

That'd be just fantastic. Imagine an El Clasico game in Madrid with CR7 in blaugrana shirt - someone trying to throw a pig head on the pitch with a cannon or something outside the stadium, because games will be still closed for attendance by the end of the year.
