Even if he goes to City, he'll not win the Balon D'Or. Plus, i really doubt Pep wants him. Like really, really doubt. He'll remain at Juve this season, wether he likes it or not.

He cares about his legacy and that's tied up with Real Madrid.

Besides there's no incentive for him to come to Barcelona when we wouldn't be close to a CL contender even with him.
