It was a scheme all along. flo and sepp combined sepp would say he likes messi, and joke about cr; so if cr performed well against sweden, they would re-open the votes and no one would suspect a thing...

indicates its been done already. I cant really argue with ronaldo or ribery winning it though, messi has been in and out of the team for a good 6 months now, unfortunately.

I can. It's an individual award, and Ronaldo and Messi (despite his injuries) have both been better than Ribery.

IMO, it should be:

1. Ronaldo
2. Messi

One really is as good as his last match... cr is in great form the past months, but he wasn't like that the whole year. Portugal should had finished 1st, rm lost lliga by 15 points and is 3rd now... I don't really get it.
