The most trustworthy of the Dutch papers, Voetbal International, had retweeted some stuff and released a tweet as well. It's in my app feed, but not on their twitter page when you go to the twitter.com page they have. Guess they removed it again? Either a very enthusiastic employee or a total screw up by them checking facts. They stated FIFA also confirmed it.
