No invisible at all. He was certainly very visible in my opinion, there was no lack of effort. He was being unlucky (with that ball that hit the post early in the 1st half) and his finishing today was quite poor.

How was this different from an usual Ronaldo match? regarding his play. Only difference was him being unlucky with his finishes, hit the post, bicycle kick of the line, shot deflected by bale, few shots stopped/missed. He normaly would have had 2/3 goals with similair play looking mediocre.
