Regardless of Torres, he went out properly, a brilliant goal for a brilliant player.

He truly is a legend. Spain would have never won that world cup in 2010 if it weren't for El Gauje's goals that got them so far in the tournament.

Depresses me to see all these legends go after all the wonderful moments they gave me.

Deserved so much more, so sad to see yet another iconic player leaving the stage.

The UCL final goal vs. Man Utd, damn...

Barçapocalypse NOW!
Rfef should organize a proper goodbye match to villa and xavi.

If they do, it'll probably be in the most inconvenient date, at the furthest possible country against the worst of oppositions... And the whole Barca squad will have to attend...

David Villa (33) vs Kaká (32) under a month away, March 8th! Orlando City SC vs NYCFC!

Both are brand new teams to the MLS and it will be in the Citrus Bowl in Orlando which has a capacity of 70k (65k I think for this)! They're halfway to their #fillthebowl goal as of yesterday.

I'm so excited! :D

The American Dream really lured him eh? He's more than good enough to be playing for a top side in Europe, look at Defoe who has always been nothing but decent, Villa is 10 times the player and could have tried his luck in Italy, Germany, England if he was so fed up with La Liga. His decision though, I wish him luck.

Life is about more than football. USA is extremely awesome in the right places, and having a lot of money helps.
If I was a player at the end of my career and without the heart for a specific team, there is no other place I would go.
