Great match.

Barca were truly machine like. Their passing and scoring opportunities, and the pressure they put when they lost the ball to get it back. Was like a boxer taking control of the whole ring and not letting his opponent use any of it to find angles and spaces to get off shots. Valdes was never even seriously tested in this match.

The Madrid players were obviously frustrated and really just had no answer. I don't think there is an adjustment Mourinho could have made because when Barca are on, no matter how much bus parking you do, its just too hard to contain the likes of Pedro, Messi, Villa, and Iniesta for 90 minutes, and throw in Alves coming up the wing and it will creep up eventually. Only a team like Inter can play like that and be succesfull against Barca.

This team is really looking more and more like the 08-09 side that won the treble. Not saying we're gonna do that. But the level they're showing is very similar to that.
