That's what I've been asking myself. What happened to the advantage rule? To me it's apparent attempt by the refs to save RM, also considering Ramos' punch just as yellow card.

I am reserved to say ref did it to give Real advantage. If he had applied rule of advantage he couldn't have sent off Carvajal. Either he made a genuine mistake or he really thought 10 man Real had a better chance of overturning a potential 0-2 score than a 11 man.

This is just a fallacy. What's the point of waiting match after match for Barca to have its first loss so you can point out you were right all along about how @(#* we are. Nobody is denying this Barca is likely short in quality to win CL, but we are clearly not as @*#& as some people expected beginning of the season. The great thing is to see Barca hasn't declined as much as some people liked to believe and we show we are still a strong team even with some good players missing. Also great position to build a better team from.
