To be fair to Porto, they have a history of players moving on for big money and been successful.
But 35mil for Mangala, is something I can't wrap my head around, that seems crazy amount of money for a young defender

City approached Porto to sign Mangala but failed to reach an agreement. He's now come out and said his preferred destination is Chelsea. I guess it's now down to whether Mourinho wants him or not. Would be a kick in the face for Zouma though, and Kalas. That said, it would be good for Kalas to go out on loan, Zouma will probably stay for next season. Or the other way around.

ًWell,If Mou thinks that next season is Terry last season and he doesn't want Luiz then it will make sense ,Zouma,Mangala,Terry,Cahil in 2014/2015 ,Zouma,Mangala,Kalas,Cahil in 2015/2016 season
But I would prefer Mangala going to City,that will mean they will be out of BenAtia race and Chelsea would probably stick to Luiz ,perfect for us

Yeah I don't see Terry having more than one more season. I don't like him but he deserved that contract extension, his best season for a long time. I just wonder how we'll fund a Mangala purchase. I guess we don't NEED to sell to buy every single transfer target, but it'd be better, obviously. He'll probably cost more than we'll sell Luiz for, though.

Cole is free, Eto'o is free.

Money and wages are fine.

Mangala/D.Costa and then Recall Courtois/Recall Lukaku = thunderous squad.
