Defender of the year for me, can't think of a single major slip up this entire season. Brushes aside pretty much anybody with ease, has ice in his veins when playing it out of the back, and proved today that he'll do anything to make a play! Can't believe that play... Not to mention he is equally solid in two positions.

Can't believe how most of us were shitting our pants when we used to see his name in that CB position in the line-up at the start of the season...Personally I thought he was a disaster waiting to happen in CB

I wasn't impressed with his reactions when Sevilla scored. Pique could have done much much better as well.
