Haaland would probably go the Frenkie route if he joins us. Immense excitement when the signing is announced. Then he'll start playing, struggle to replicate his form at his previous club, and then we'll start getting posts about how he was never really that good and was always overhyped because of this or that.

Haaland is much better than Frenkie so I would still expect him to do reasonably well here but he won't come close to fulfilling his potential in the Barca of the next few seasons with Xavi.
