Eto'o was the perfect match for a Barca CF
He was exceptional in tight spaces, and could generate shooting angles with 1 or 2 touches. That's technique mate.
Vision and passing have nothing to do. He was not a md.

Something that your blonde tall tap-in merchant cannot do even in his wildest dreams

Being exceptional in tight spaces and creating chances in those spaces in 1-2 touches is exactly what I said. He had a great first touch and was elusive. He had a killer striker instinct.

Technique is being able to lay off a first time pass, accuracy with those passes and having the vision to see them. Dribbling quickly in tight spaces. Finesse in the way you strike the ball.

You cant say because Eto'o simply had a good first touch that he was a "technical" player. Those werent his strengths.

Haaland can shoot in pretty much every angles with 1 or 2 touches. He isn't exceptional in tight space, agree.

What will be your point if that blonde tap in merchant score goals after goals

Eto'o was far better than Haaland all-around. A fair comparison to Haaland is Aubameyong.

At 22 years old ?

Aubameyang between the ages of 22 and 24 scored 37 goals in 86 games spread over THREE seasons
Haaland scored 86 in 87 games over two seasons aged 20 to 22

The kinda explosiveness and injury record Haaland has suggests that he'll fizzle out soon.

And with the decline in his physicality and pace, he'd resemble Carlos Bacca.

He's extremely limited so I don't think he'll manage to adapt his game with age.

Terrific goalscorer right now though.

Actually the opposite is expected apparently

He has had a load of niggling muscular injuries over the last 18 months but all attributed to his growth spurt .. he is just growing into his frame .
Imagine when he starts adding muscle !

Adding muscles generally isn't good to prevent injuries.

And not even that yet.
Auba much more technical than the blonde tap-in merchant

No, he can't take touches to orient himself in tight spaces to generate shooting angle.
He doesn't have that skill in his locker.
He just bangs shots at full power without consideration of where defenders or GK are.

Like a train derailed at full speed. He can't turn...

I will say the same, as he won't be able to score against good parked buses.
The fact that he scored a simple 1v1 served on the platter by a perfect pinpoint kdB through-ball says shite

This 100%. Without his pace, he reminds me of Emile Heskey.

You guys are funny

This lad has been breaking scoring records through his short career despite quite a few muscular injuries due to growth spurts ..

Once his body is settled down he WILL be unstoppable

I agree with Zidane82 in that Haaland is a terrific terrific goalscorer and there's no doubt about that

But the fact that he's extremely limited/one dimensional is very true too. But hey, even Fati is limited. I'm sure people here rate him.

We're guessing that he won't have much longevity because of his explosive style, limited skill set and chronic injury issues but right now that doesn't matter right now because we're just guessing.

Haaland is a top 3 goalscorer itw right now.

Picking Haaland failing is a funny hill to die on.

Nunez at Pool I'd get, but Haaland with his pedigree over the years seems like a bad bet.
