Looks like he's not that ambitious to play for a real club but everyone has their preference.
Someone's dream is playing for fake/state sponsored club, in Manchester.

Or you know maybe he just wants to play most of his career for a club his dad played for too.

Also definitely helps that City is one of the most well runned clubs in the world.

I think he has already peaked. The treble season was his peak in goalscoring and trophy winning. He's reliant on athleticism and will likely decline early. Let's be honest, he's awful technically outside the box.

Plus he doesn't fit their team still.

All this about his dad history with City is pure BS

Had City not been operated by an oil state with endless pit of oil money bending all FFP rules that gives them an illegitimate advantage over opponents, he would have been nowhere near

It's pathetic to hear that as an excuse.
