Yes, we can sack EV, but the problem is deeper.
For me transfer market without sense and logic. Dembele, Coutinho, Messi and Suarez together is not possible, it's not a question of EV.
No plan B (for example a tower as CF). Always the same tactics, a replica of Pep era. The soccer evolves, but we stubbornly insist on the same tactics year after year.
Soccer is changing year after year, evolving and adapting (like everything), what works today doesn't have to work tomorrow..... but we remain anchored to an old tactic that no longer works (and always dreaming of a replica of the Guardiola dream team)

I think Messi at false 9 with Malcom and Dembele and Coutinho behind would be perfect. Seriously, how can we try to place blame on bad players? This is crazy, Valverde is playing same shit for more then a year. Absolutely no advancement with him, like we are playing first time together.

Way to easy to blame the lack of planning on this one. Valverde himself is relying so much on the same old guard that Lucho/Pep/Tito/Tata used for the most part. Guys who are getting older and don't have the legs nor motivation to work as hard as they do anymore.
Valverde has not shown me anything that he will fix the main XI and start integrating players the right way. If there are guys in that Gala than can no longer do the basics like press etc then don't fucking cater to the likes of them.
His obsession with playing Vets and not holding them accountable when they aren't doing enough to deserve a spot is something else. He will just keep fucking that chicken because he doesn't have the spine to actually fix stuff.

OT looks like he is shit out of luck this season. This is exactly the kind of match where Messi would score a goal or the other team would score an own goal and the apologists would screetch left, right and center: "results, results, results" smh.
