Exactly. I hate Barto but he has brought in some excellent players. Valverde is the problem. The problem is that this match is not an exception. It's pretty much the rule.

Wolfe made some valid points about lack of leadership in the squad but I don't agree with Bartomeu blame here. Team is very good and we should be playing way better football than presented in most games Valverde had coached.

With the football we've been playing for the past year, it was already guaranteed we weren't getting the CL this year either. I'm not too fussed about La Liga, we've won 7 out of 10. It's okay to underperform in the league, especially if its to focus on building a long term and effective football plan.
