The coach is more to blame than individual players, but I've not been impressed with Fernandes.

Not neccessarily worse than the other players, maybe i just have higher expectations for him.

I also expect more from him, on paper he is our best midfield player but somehow he doesnt play his usual stuff. At Manu he looks more powerful and like a leader.

If Portugal lose to France by 2 goals then I think they could struggle to make it out of the group. There are quite a few teams that could end up on 4 points. Switzerland and Scotland or Croatia if they win their last game. Ukraine & Austria could end up on 4 points if they draw with each other. So it is likely that there will be at least 3 teams who finish 3rd with 4 points. Group's B & E could be Portugals saving grace, as it is unlikely that the 3rd place team ends on 4 points in these groups. So then it will come down to goal difference and Portugals 3 - 0 over Hungary could see them through but it will be tight. Then again they could draw or beat France as well and then it won't matter.
