No, i do actually think he is mostly without blame here, but that is not to say i always absolve star players of blame.

Yes, he missed chances, so if you want to blame him for not being clinical enough, okay, however, everyone misses chances and i dont think he scored fewer goals this tournament than what was expected given the chances.

Look at ut this way, Morata can be a meme for 3 games straight and advance, Lewandowski can do a proper striker job and go out.

Spain are 1st team in this group. Poland are probably on the same level with Sweden without Lewa and level above Slovakia. But they lost to both and finished last. Not Lewa's fault but he is just not a guy who can push his team pass their limit and futher. At least at international stage.

I kinda like it that we play against Italy as they are an attractive opponent, but that doesn't change the fact that this new modus is shit.
