We had enough good games. Saying the Euro is boring is a bit of a stretch. Maybe teams that are considered favorites are underperforming. I agree with that yes.

From the top of my head I enjoyed most of Wales, Netherlands, Italy, Hungary, Denmark, Czech Republic games. There were probably more.

Tossup in the top bracket. Belgium with De Bruyne and Lukaku combining is lethal. Without De Bruyne, Belgium show no edge. Italy and France well in the mix. Spain could plod their way up with overtimes and penalty shootouts but someone will stop them. Portugal has enough talent to win on any given day.
