I mean since last World Cup. Only big games there Southgate lost: Croatia, Belgium. Then this one a shell of the Croatia that reached World Cup final and worst Germany in decades are the only teams we beat that are “good”

Southgate has got further in competitions because of extremely fortunate draws and Kane scoring penalties.
