Isn't Belgium getting the easier side of the bracket if they finish second?

I thought they should meet France if finish on 2nd place ? Or Spain if 3rd place ?

Birdy will argue passionately, that this is a more entertaining, and higher quality tournament than those in the past, because they now run 0,5% faster, and run a bit longer.

1st place gets to play Netherlands or Slovenia(If Czech Republic doesn't qualify) if I'm not mistaken
2nd place gets to play France, 3rd place in the group gets to play Spain/England
