European Super League

Aint no point getting bad PR when everyone's busy burning the English clubs, Agnelli & Juve and Flo & Real Madrid.

Looks like Barca's strategy is to silently get out of it without being the source of attention.

Don't know, seems like the English clubs are having a turnaround, spinning this into a hero story about the recovered son that turned his back on his family only to come back filled with sorrow and regret.

This sells better than our silence.

Isn't Bayern the only big club with a proper footballer as a President.

Not surprised they didn't fall for this half baked ESL.

This is the 2nd Galactico attempt from Florentino Perez. First was with players, this one was with clubs .

Imagine how he saw it play out in his head. Even was being smart to announce it after elections, wanting to bring 13 cl's into it as set super league titles for Madrid.
Dusional idiot. Hopes he gets a lifelong ban. He can write a book about his failed coup, call it mi lucha or something.

Yes, but now with fewer and fewer left, attention turns to who actually is left...

Yeah tbf now is prob the right time to drop some bad news.

Perhaps they're preparing a statement trying to absolve themselves of any blame.

If for some reason this stunt pulled off both Bayern and PSG would have eventually joined in at some point. Make no mistake about that. They were both just cautious at best.

Once the whole project took off, when you consider just the economic side of things alone, they would have signed up eventually. Remaining behind in CL and BundesLOL would not have been feasible after a while.

I can just see some muppet player from Real Madrid like Ramos going on Twitter once this is over and writing something like "A victory for the fans" or something /facepalm worthy like that

And now the project is seemingly in the rubble after institutional and government pressure, you see how it was necessary to give the founding members relegation immunity. Yet, even that wasn't enough. Think about it.

Florentino's media lapdogs are in tatters, in complete denial mode, i want to see their faces when UEFA reveal the sanctions for this rebelling led by Real Madrid. And Barsa is so fucked to, Im happy if we get away with a fine by I expect harder sanctions, probably 3-5 years of no european football for us. Heysel cost the English football 10 years of no european football, I would not be surprised if Real Madrid get something similar.

Oh no..... apparently the Super League is still going ahead without the English teams.

What sense does that make?
