There isnt new revenue, it's just redistribution of existing revenue and market shares.
Broadcast/sponsorship in domestic leagues/UEFA comps will decrease significantly and instead be invest into the ESL, who keep 90% of it and repay 10% of it as "solidarity payments" or whatever which is less than the small clubs would have had if they made just kept their sponsors and broadcasters.
I meant for the future. Right now it certainly wouldn't benefit other clubs. It could make the football even bigger sport. There is a lot of benefit too which people don't see. Probably some damage we don't know yet either.
