Merc, Ferrari and McLaren are behind Red Bull in car development. If that's the case I don't see any upsets until 2026. If we consider Red Bull car is just as good as the rest and they are winning constructor's due to their ultimate driver, Max Verstappen, that's even more bad news for Lewis Hamilton.
