They should have got the women's Super League under way before the money pours into the Women's Premier League.

Would have been the path of less resistance and been a proof of concept for the men's game.

Roebuck also official. Good replacement for Panos.

FC Barcelona and Ellie Roebuck have reached an agreement for the 24-year-old English goalkeeper to join the club on a deal until 30 June 2026.

Roebuck joins Barça from Manchester City, where she has been for nine years, rising from the academy to the senior squad. Born in Sheffield, she has played over 100 times for her club and is also an England international. Her many honours include one English league and three FA Cups, as well as the European Championship with her country, and reaching the final of the last World Cup. From those experiences, she obviously knows Lucy Bronce and Keira Walsh very well indeed.

Lucy Bronze is leaving. Club wanted to keep her but couldn't guarantee to be a starter. Makes sense but will miss Lucy.

Good decision for all IMHO. She is super experienced & reliable for many aspects on/off pitch but younger & more athletic players are ready to step up

We will apparently pay club record fee (around 500k) for Kika Nazareth, 21 yo forward from Benfica. Replacement for Mariona. Chelsea and Lyon were also after her so pretty big signing. Looked like a good talent in games against Barca I've watched her.

Also, surprise surprise, her agent is Mendes.

Kika Nazareth officialy signed until 2028.

Meanwhile we've lost Julia Bartel who joined Chelsea on a free while Ari Arias has signed with Wolfsburg few days ago.

Giulia Dragoni renewed until 2027 and will be loaned to Roma next season. One of the best talents in the world, hopefully will get regular minutes there to develop.

Can the ladies make it 3 in a row in Womens Champions League? Even with all departures Barca Femeni still have great team.. Kika and Pajor will be great signings..
