U17 World Cup started yesterday. Spain is looking for their third consecutive title.
They've started with a 3-1 win vs USA, Barca's Noa Ortega scored the second goal after coming off the bench just a few minute before. Martina Gonzalez, Ainoa Gomez, Clara Serrajordi and Celia Segura also started the game while Lorena Cubo played last few minutes. Natalia Escot who we've signed this summer from Levante Las Planas stayed on the bench.
Spain's next opponent is South Korea who drew with Colombia in their opening game.
Also, no idea what her contract situation with Sevilla is but we should really try and sign Alba Cerrato.

Spain U17 failed to win their third consecutive World Cup title after they've lost in the final against North Korea (who have won their third title and are now the most successful team) because those Madrid girls can't score pens.
Barca's Celia Segura scored the only goal for Spain in regular time and also converted her penalty. Noa Ortega also scored from the spot. Segura finished as both 3rd best player and 3rd best scorer (4 goals, 2 assists).

I can only confirm you didn’t watch much of Femeni because Salma is and was fantastic last season, she has been sorely missed this season despite how god Pajor has been
