Maybe because he wants to stay loyal to his team instead of just going where the money is? Or maybe he thinks he can help put the team back together because tbh if he leaves too then the team is down the crapper for good?

Ok, thanks for the link. That's good for LFC at least as it looks like they may lose Gerrard to Real Madrid. And I think we should wait on getting Torres anyway as we don't need him right now... now I'm just focused on him NOT going to Chelsea.
