Meh I don't mind the light skin on him, there is just something about him that makes him attractive to me, I usually go for darker skin on my Spanish guys too :)

Ok, so this thread will have to go on without me for a week, getting ready to go to the airport for my trip to Montreal... goodbye for now Torres thread, I love you

According to "Canal" Carazo (yeah I know he often writes pure bullshit) Torres is on Rosells agenda and Carizo is convinced that he will be easier to sign, IF Ibra is sold, than Fabregas, who he thinks will not be sold for less than 70 mio Euros.

Interesting.

Saw that but like you said he often writes BS. Do we really need a striker with Villa/Bojan occupying the #9.

It is hard to tell Bojan. PERSONALLY I would indeed prefer a striker (in my opinion Torres would be ideal) if Ibra leaves. But again it depends on Cesc and again on whether Toure leaves or not. My perfect scenario would be - Yaya and Ibra out - Cesc, new defensive midfielder (Moussa Sissoko or Alou Diarra) and Torres. But that will not happen in a million years unfortunately.

If Liverpool want any chance of bouncing back from all the shit that's going on, they can't lose Torres. But if he leaves, it better be to Barca because I can't bear to see him at Chelsea.

Even though Barca don't need him and frankly don't even have the space for him imo, as a Torres fan also my mind is conflicting between what is best for Barca and what is best for how I want to see Torres... which is definitely not at Chelsea

If he joined us and stayed fit for a good part of the year he'd be a massive hit alongside Drogba. I don't see him joining though, pretty sure he'll stay at Liverpool.

The only problem I see with Liverpool is that the state of the club is extremely indecisive right now with the club up for sale and no manager, so I'm afraid that may push Torres and Gerrard and others out... which is terrible if Liverpool want any chance to rebuild in the near future.

Also I can't really see him gelling with Drogba, Lampard, Terry like he does with Gerrard for Liverpool and Villa, Xavi etc for the Spanish NT (which could come in handy for a possible future move to Barca). That and I really don't like Chelsea :)
