Anyone know how the team is preparing to combat jet lag???If I fly 14 hours it takes my body at least 3-4 days to recover and I'm not playing 90 mins of intense football either!!!

The worst part is that when you're flying Eastwards it takes plenty to recover. Guess the team had its own sleeping schedule planned and figured out before the flight.
