Yeah, looking back on it. I think what he should have done is play another cb instead of Luiz and play another right back instead of alves. Marcelo wasn't the problem for me.

I also had no idea he was 2nd choice at Chelsea which may come back to bite him. It was his mistake that cost Chelsea a goal vs Maribor. Azpi is really good and much younger.

Can't see him retaining his place on the Brazil squad for 2018.

I don't see him being around for a complete 4 year cycle. Most likely till the Copa America unless he declines badly. Marcelo and Alex Sandro are waiting in the wings.
