The most important is for him to get better again. If that means he has to take time untill the end of march then so be it.
We would all love to have him back but his health should come first and I hope Rosell told him that.

Am I the only one that thinks this will be a one season mandate, due to his illness.
Coaching barca is a stressful job and not worth working yourself into the ground literally in his case
