It's clear that his absence is being felt by the team. It's such a shame. He put in so much good work at the start of the season and his illness has robbed him of the chance to continue at the business end of the season. The league title will be a testament to his good work but its hard to not think of what could have been in the cup and the Champions League (presuming the tie against Milan isn't turned around) had he been around.

He needs to focus on his health, it should be his top priority.

Barcelona should focus on getting a real coach. Well they should have, it's already late now since CDr and CL are lost.

incredibly retarded from the management not to get a proper coach as his replacement. Hate the mistreatment Villa has gotten and how absurd it is to play Alexis all season despite being shit and then play with the other strikers in the crucial moments hoping something magical will happen and they will play in sync and with confidence.
Way to destroy what could've been a wonderful season
ABSOLUTELY RETARDED

Let's be fair here. It's an incredibly difficult situation to handle. The extent of Tito's treatment and how long he would be out for has never really been certain. I'm sure the idea of a temporary replacement was considered but clearly Tito himself felt he could continue to do the job. His absence has been noticeable but we have still performed well in the league and have maintained a hugely impressive gap at the top of the table. I'm not really sure if getting another manager would have done us much good.

we have been exposed against good teams, even middle table teams made us struggle. La Liga is not telling the whole story
Probably having a replacement wouldn't make things better nobody knows but playing without a coach is a recipe for disaster. When I heard about Tito suffering a relapse I knew our season was basically screwed. A replacement or his assistant is just a downgrade. The thing is what will happen if Tito gets back next season and (God forbids) something similar happens in the middle of the season? Another year stagnated?

If there was another relapse I'm sure he would resign but we really shouldn't be thinking about a situation such as that. His health comes first and we shouldn't disrespect him by talking about scenarios such as this. All we can do is hope that Tito gets better and that he can continue to manage us in good health next season.

I know it's a sensible topic and his health comes first but this situation will continue stagnating the team, the problem is probably nobody in the managment wants to discuss about such scenarios coz as you said is a sensible situation but at some point they'll have to decide

We now realize how important a coach is to our system and institution. Tito and Pep worked on perfecting our system without either of them we are a shell of ourselves.

Tito's first priority is his health; the top priority of Barcelona is not Tito's health, but the team. His relapse should have meant the hiring of a caretaker coach, leaving Tito to take care of his issues. In the summer, he would have been re-hired... It's unacceptable to go on with a coach that sits in the US and talks by phone with an ex-scout; if it's ok, maybe we should have convinced Pep to stay as manager; he could have taken care of Barcelona while jogging through Central Park.

My main grip is lack of responsability. Roura says: "Hey, I'm not a coach, I'm just taking orders"; Tito "Hey, I'm ill, do you want to sacrifice my health for the team?"; Rosell: "We tried to be civil and let Tito take care of the team. We cannot be blamed for respecting his health issues"... and so on... Basically what we have here is a ship without a captain and some of us just try to reason that this solution is the best one for Barcelona, otherwise we would be disrespectful in the case of Tito's health problems.
