From what I seen, it only showed one angle in the highlights unless someone has video of better angle. However when I put it in slow motion it looked like Kessie got the ball first, might be a fraction of a second but thats what it looked like. All else I can see is Real Madrid complainers showing a picture of the challenge AFTER the ball was touched and screaming 'PENALTY'. Makes me cringe so much its depressing.
