He may be ungly as anything in this world but i think he is the perfect replacement for henry he is faster and younger and would basically be the same kind of player! buy him up and get him a mask bc i dont know if i can look at that face in a blaugrana jersey every week haha

All the talk about Ibra has made us forget Ribery... Wasn't he supposed to have a pre-contract with us? Do we still want to sign him? I'd be very upset if he went to Madrid, to be honest...

Ribery is needlessly expensive not to mention that he is not needed.We need a CF and an AM for our attack not a WF. Our offense it much better served by a 1-2 formation than 2-1 formation. Eto'o would be given more space, Messi more freedom; defensively we would be better off as our CF's would be able to backtrack without leaving a void upfront and the breadth that we would loose on the wings would be compensated for by our fullbacks as well as Eto'o/Henry/Ibra/Benzema/Kerrison's ability to play on the wings. So our focus should be on a CF not a WF, and I doubt it that Bayern would let him go; not to mention on the cheap.

Hey give respect to the man. He was in a car accident when he was young and has the scars to prove it. Even with all the money he has chosen to go through with all of these comments instead of getting cosmetic surgery. That, my friends, is a man who needs to be respected.
Anyways, don't we have a better chance of signing Ribery because Barcelona and FC Bayern Munchen have a better relationship than Bayern and Real? Meaning we should be able to get Ribery for a reasonable price.
Plus hasn't Ribery already said that he would prefer Barcelona over Real Madid?

Guys...Ribery would be an excellent addition on Barca. His play is stylish and well suited to adjust to Barca's style. He may be expensive but maybe this is where Barcelona can spend a bit more money.
I would love to see him in the lineup, question is where...i believe he plays midfield in munich, so switching him with henry may not be so smooth. He would be great in the midfield, but the midfield is rock solid with xavi and iniesta etc..

I kinda want a forward on Barca that is big, fast, and can muscle people off the ball more...eto'o, henry, messi etc are all very clever but not really physical.
Someone like Higuain or Drogba...take the defender off the ball and score the goal, all on their own.

Nobody apart from Perez would spend 70m on Ribery, this is what Laporta means when he says that Madrid is distorting the market. Clubs see Ronaldo and Kaka' moving for stupid money and then think they have the right to demand millions more than they would have before.
