btw, maybe you want to do a little research on your club's history for a bit. More than just a club is actually referring to something completely different than said "special connection" to the fans you proclaim

I'm aware of the motto being a reference to the Catalan's struggle for freedom and independence but the definition of words and sentences change over the course of history; especially considering that the importance of Catalan independence has diminished after Franco died and the club has become one of the most popular internationally. One Google search doesn't make you an expert.

I didn't explain it to "us", I explained it to you. You're the one who didn't get it in the first place by implying més que un club means we think we're the biggest club (which makes me wonder whether you really didn't have to use Google, btw), and a few fancy smileys and a condescending comment that doesn't address a single claim I've made doesn't change that.

And here, in this thread he seemed to have remembered Hoeneß' words/my translation incorrectly. That's why I responded in the first place.
