Xavi needs to cut the crap now, play our best players and stop the politics, this isn't preseason. He starts over Gavi and should get a game in the Busquets role now that idiot is red carded but no doubt Xavi will go with Pedri-Pjanic-Gavi

Gavi was a bright spot last season because of the situation but yeah it’s insulting to De Jong to be constantly benched for him.

He is good at snatches from deep. For example, in the position of the left central defender in a system with 3 defenders.

Ajax played 4-2-3-1. He often went to the position of the left CZ and made these jerks from there.

But we play according to the 4-3-3 scheme, he is still bad both in the role of 6 and in the role of 8.

He's still better than the alternatives, and that's what matters, if we had better midfielders, then it would be a different conversation but he's better than Kessie and Gavi in any of those roles. Don't forget that Xavi made the same mistake of benching Frenkie against Frankfurt and you saw how it became better when he subbed Frenkie in both legs against Frankfurt

Our best midfielder today by a huge margin! I hope he stays with us. Xavi needs to stop with his bullshit ASAP! Benching FDJ for Gavi is a pure and utter stupidity.

Our best ball carrier and thus along with Pedri our most effective player to break through the low blocks, which is what we're gonna be playing against most weeks.

I really think he was the best Barca player today. Everytime he had the ball he looked forward, found passes, carried the ball up effortlessly with loads of initiative.

Pedri did some neat but simple passes, Frenkie did way tougher things and made it look easy today. Impacted the game from the momemt he stepped onto the pitch.
