Of course the hype is through the roof - it's England!

We clearly went for him, but he chose City - it is no mistake from our side. We didn't prefer Paco, as some here suggest - he was the panic-solution when everyone turned us down (Jesus, Dembele, Gameiro, Vietto). It is extremely immature if he went to City just because Pep called him, but in the end it seems rational as Pep isn't the biggest fan of their star-no.-9 and are willing to play young players a lot. Immediate breakthrough, well who knows - he needs to be consistent, you can't base anything on three games (!!)

Did you never watch him play in Brazil or for Brazil? Anyone with a minimum of football knowledge knows that this is a special player.

Thing is: Playing in Brazil is different than playing in a top 5 european league. Not everyone can make it. It will mostly matter what he does now, not what he did on the other side of the pond.

This kid is yet another example of why MSN is a bad concept. If they're not winning each and every game for us on their own, we'll only get worse.

He's already a clear starter for the Brazilian national team. He's playing just like he has played for Brazil and in Brazil. There is no difference. His performances for club and country before he played these couple of games for City do matter. Some players are exceptionally talented and that is perfectly possible to assess regardless of where a player plays.
