Says Gabriel jesus, said yes to Joining us. I thought it might be on the false side of things but I haven't even seen MD deny it either. and with Raül Sanllehí, being seen watching him I imagine there's quite a bit of truth to the rumors.
Sport may have gotten this one spot on.

I seen people suggesting if we do buy him we should keep him at Palmeiras until at least January.
The way I read it is he would love to join Barcelona, but he wants to at least win the League with Palmerias and their season isn't over until December I think.

Sport broke that Alves was leaving before other papers as well. This with what DonAk posted, and it's actually reliable.

MD is the board paper, as in they report things the board tells them.
Sport doesn't have any connection to the board that I know of. while a lot of their transfer articles can be pure baloney, theirs times they manage to get the "Scoop" before anyone else reports it. This summer alone they reported the problems with Masche and Alves, first and while they did mess up the Umtiti thing, their Gabriel Jesus story does have weight to it and it could be another one they get right before anyone else does.

They are the ones responsible for the scouting in Brazil. Hardly a surprise that they go and watch games.
Sannlehi is from what i have read not a scout. He is some kind of a negotiatior/a guy that closes deals. He is not a scout at all.

That wouldn't make sense. If we buy and loan him then we should loan him to some La Liga team not back to Brazil.

Andre Cury is our man for that in Brazil.
Not Raul Sanllehi(who also closed the Suarez deal in recent times and other high profile transfers). He might be watching the guy on behalf of Robert or the board, but with SPORT reporting our interest in him even before he traveled to Brazil, I doubt it's just a regular scouting assignment. Especially when Andre Cury is involved too.
