Really tough job for Pep and now I totally understand why Milito had been so pissed to want to leave the club. But I'm sure Pep is already thinking out the plan to get Milito to his usual best

I honestly can't even judge him looking at the circumstances. Gabi will improve with more consistency.
He doesn't need "peace", he needs consistent playing time. He's a fighter but his decision making it going to take a long time to come back, and being a fringe player isn't going to do that for him.As I said one match is nothing to judge him as it was his first full match after a long time. He's a quality defender and he has proved it before. We dunno what's going on inside the player. He had some rough bad months involved with injuries and worries about the lack of playing time and his future.
Let him be at peace and he will be great again.
