Great first season, here are 10 of his best goals. While Neymar is the better talent and of course much younger Bale has had a much better season scoring 2 title winning goals for Madrid. Unfortunately for us Ronaldo has edged out Messi this season and Bale has bettered Neymar. Under the right coach with the right tactics and atmosphere we will hopefully see the opposite happen next season.

Agree with the general sentiment of the last few posts. Let's not deceive ourselves, barca fans, Bale had a much better season than Neymar. That isn't to say he will always be better, but this season he was. We can't speculate; we can only talk about the facts. He scored in two finals, even if his finishing was terrible in Lisbon. And he does not carry Ronaldo's arrogance, making him a more likeable player.

The onus is on Neymar to prove that he is indeed a more talented individual.
