I thought bale was amazing tonight, so good i had to flip between barca and inter game constantly. He tore that defence to pieces and what lovely assists!

Yeah, its true... I've been watching him since his southampton days. You know how? He scored at 17 for southampton vs. Derby, and i read somewhere on internet. That was around 4 years ago, 3 and a half.. And i saw the goal, and i said to myself, who the fuck is this? I googled about him, but i couldnt find anything, there wasnt even page on wikipedia I started to watch southampton matches just to watch him, and i was so damn impressed, even if he was 17.. so i followed him, and i was happy for him when he signed for Spurs, back than no more than average team. They are good team now.
he was standard 2 years ago because of 1 thing, injury! he had few injuries one after another, and when he came back last year, didnt have any bad game...

I want Bale to replace Abidal. He is not exactly a LB but then again we've seen Pep mix his tactics with Busquets dropping back forming 3 man defense with Puyol and Pique.
And to be quite frank, Abidal is not as solid as he was at the back anyway.

EPL players are overrated and thats a fact. But i think you are underrating him just because he is EPL player

Well neither Maxwell nor Abidal are going to last forever; so we need to bring a replacement.

IMO even at 30M he wouldn't be too expensive considering his age, & if we get him next season we would be able to offload either Abidal//Maxwell while they still have some value.

Maicon has been a shadow of himself since last season at times he just let bale go past him and think ahh fuck it ive won everything with inter i should really be at madrid. So shocking from maicon and the lack of defensive midfielders to cover when maicon went forward( even though he was shit there too) left bale all the space in the world to just to hit the ball as hard as possible and run.

Everyone who is thinking of him being a possible replacement for Abidal at left back, no. He isn't a left back, and he never will be what i think he could do for you, albeit on a larger scale is the same type of job Guily did, you could do with the variety.
