Like Rafinha's move to Celta. Perfect choice.
If Deulofeu can't force himself a spot in Everton... forget him ever doing it at Barca! Martinez under pressure or otherwise!!
Besides, what pressure is Martinez facing? He worked with far less funds at Wigan and he actually managed to get more silverware for Wigan than Moyes did for Everton!!

Exactly, Rafinha has resonable competition so he will get his chances. Deulofeu on the other hand has to much competition and is a loan player, so he has to be better than all the other club players he compete with, and he will not get second chances when he screw up. If he get 20 min in one game and he screw up the he will be benched for the next 10 games. Martinez has no time to daddy with Deulofeu like Eusebio had to do all the time, Martinez has to get results or he will get the foot.
He did good job with cleverly...........Moral of the story? Don't send players to Martinez. We gave them Ryo for a year and all he did was sit on the bench, even when he played well in the couple of times he was allowed on the pitch

Well if he does well in training he will at least get his first chances right? Considering he is the reincarnation of MEssi himself, may be he will need just those few chances to prove his worth to Martinez and therefore earn his palce in the team!!There's no "forcing" a spot in a team unless you get adequate chances to show what you're capable of. A player can impress in training, but it's bullshit to think that managers automatically feel more confident picking a player after only seeing him do better and work harder in training. They pick him if they feel they can use him in the next game, based on what they've seen in matches. If they haven't been willing to gamble playing Deulofeu often enough to see what he's got, then they'll feel less and less sure to play him in the future.
They'll take a gamble in cup games, which is when he'll get to showcase himself and finally get some trust from Martinez. But until then, there's very little being the best "training player" will do to earn him a spot, hard work is important but coaches trust comes from what you do on the pitch.
did he play for everton yet?
