Just had a kid a few days ago. Becoming a father can certainly make you reassess your priorities and direction in life. Hopefully he's ready to work hard if he's coming back. Looks like he put in a solid shift in both offence and defence against Inter.

I remember when Barca fans were hyping the shit out of him back when he was at Barca B. He has managed to turn things around for himself somewhat, but he and Samper (not to mention Bojan etc) are the reason I'm still not completely on board the Alena hype train yet. I do think Alena deserves a chance, but I won't be surprised if he doesn't live up to the hype. Which isn't to say I'm expecting him to fail, my expectations of him are completely neutral as of right now. Just waiting to see what happens.

When it comes to La Masia, we struck gold with the Xavi/Iniesta/Messi generation. Nothing like that will happen again. The best player La Masia produced since that generation is Thiago. Who we stupidly sold for peanuts.

I am glad he is coming back, he is playing really good for AC Milan. Since we need to invest heavily in CM, RB and CB this is a good decision. We will get a decent backup for RW/LW position for just 12m!

I must admit, that I'm sceptic about him. In good form at the moment, apparently, but I need to see him contribute, accept his role and work hard and unselfish here before he gets my praise.

Could be a sell-on strategy, I wouldn't mind that if it is done in a good way..

His change in attitude is directly linked with his great performances for AC Milan. If he comes here and maintains this new hardworking spirit he will be our most useful backup since Pedro.

Agreed, I watched the game against Inter and he was actually working a lot both in attack and defense. If he keeps up like that he can become a really good player.

I don't think we will play 3-4-3 next season. My opinion is that we will go back to 4-3-3 so Messi will be RW of course.

Messi will not go back to playing RW

he may be RW on paper but on pitch he is a free role player, preferrably central,

So i think it's best we find a RW for width

There is something about his style of play that just doesn't seem professional. . . It looks awkward and amateurish.
